1. Consultation Services
Due to the personalized nature of our one-on-one consultation services, refunds are made once the consultation has been conducted. If you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Also note that refunds may not be available in some cases.
2. Petition & Recommendation Letter Review and Editing
Our team invests significant time and expertise in reviewing and editing petitions and recommendation letters. Therefore, once these services have commenced, refunds are not available. However, we offer a money bank guarantee on a case-by-case basis, and when we do, it will be stated clearly in the contract that we will share with the client.
3. SEVIS Fee Payment Assistance
For SEVIS fee payment assistance, once the payment has been processed on your behalf, refunds cannot be issued.
4. Response to Request for Further Evidence (RFE)
Given the critical nature and urgency of responding to RFEs, refunds are unavailable once work has begun on your case.
5. Digital Products and Resources
All sales of digital products, including e-books, guides, and templates, are final. Refunds are not available for these items once they have been delivered.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In situations where services cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis.
